Guess What? More Frisco Pics I Forgot to Post

Images of the city that Nikki took while he was apartment hunting.

Sorry this pic came out sideways. Cute house, though.

This is the Yerba Buena Garden Park that was near our hotel. We watched a free jazz concert here.

Another sideways pic. This was painted on the side of a truck that was parked on the street.

This is a small eatery with a rough-hewn atmopshere, a closest-size bathroom, and the best Chinese food ever. Expect to wait outside in the elements for a table.

A cafe in the Haight where we had lunch. I was a wannabe hippie when I was a kid, so I had to see Haight/Ashbury.

This was also in the Haight. Buffalo Exchange is one of my fave vintage stores. But you know what? The Goodwill in the Haight was better than the vintage stores. It had great stuff at cheaper prices.

Nobody Puts Baby in a Corner

Two of my favorite movies were on TV tonight, and I watched both of them. Check out the original trailers:

Dirty Dancing, 1987, featuring Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze.

The Breakfast Club, 1985, with Emilio Estevez, Anthony Michael Hall, Judd Nelson, Molly Ringwald and Ally Sheedy.

The Kiss Dog

This is Sage doing an impersonation of Gene Simmons. No, actually, it's Sage in the midst of a Frisbee game, waiting for me to throw the disc.

Sage went home with my ex today. Eventually he's going to take her to work with him and make her a shop dog. Sage loves to keep busy.

Love you, Sage! Miss you, baby!

Colt, our other baby, will stay here with me. This is Colt staring at a piece of cheese. Lol. Colt loves to eat.

More Pictures

Here are various pictures from our trip that include Nikki and me and places we visited.

Nikki posing with an exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art.

Nikki at Union Square.

Guess where I am? Lol.

Nikki at Fisherman's Wharf. Alactraz is across the water and to the left (not shown in picture).

Party Pictures

Here's Nikki at the Harlequin party. I brought him as a guest.

Chris Marie Green/Crystal Green and me. We look happy, don't we? Nalini Singh took this picture and sent it our way.

This is Laura Wright, me (goofing it up) and Tessa Radley at the party.

Laura and me once again. We're both hot and sweaty from dancing, but we had a blast. Also, as you can see, I wore my rhinestone glasses to every event. I didn't feel like bothering with contacts.

This is Cindy Hwang (my amazing Berkley editor) posing with Nalini Singh. This was taken at the Berkley/NAL party.

Conference Pictures

Here's a group shot of Silhouette authors with our wonderful editor who took us to lunch at XYZ. Left to right: Olivia Gates, Kylie Brant, Natashya Wilson (editor), Nina Bruhns and me.

Here I am at the literacy signing.

With Judy Duarte at the signing.

With Crystal Green/Chris Marie Green at the signing.

Checking In

I'm back home and will be posting pictures soon. The conference was wonderful and the time I spent with Nikki was awesome. I love San Francisco!
