Cookbook Contribution!

I was asked to contribute a recipe for a celebrity cookbook called THE HEART OF COOKING which contains over 140 recipes from 125 authors. My son got quite a kick out of this because I'm not a very good cook. But I have tons of recipes because my mom is a fabulous cook!
